About Me English

Dean R. Halper, Esq.

I have always attained to be a person who helps others. In my high school years. I
assisted low-income children with their studies. Seeking to help in my adult years, I
geared my education for that purpose.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the Byrant College now known as Bryant University in Smithfield Rhode Island where I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduating Summa Cum Laude. I was admitted to Delta Mu Delta the business academic honor society. Upon completion of college, I worked in public accounting in New York. After a year, I attended the University of Rhode Island where I attained my master’s in business administration. Upon graduation, I attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and received my Juris Doctor degree. I am licensed member of the Florida and New York Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. For the past forty (40) years I have been a trusted and respected attorney in private practice, mostly in my own business or with partners. My story though is less important than yours. The past has made me the man I am today. For the present and the future, I seek to be your voice in our Republic. It’s your position, not mine or either party’s decision on the issues that are important even though some may contradict mine.
